Pamela Waterman, Owner

Pamela Waterman began her catering career at the tender age of sixteen with her creation of The Kitchen Witches. Convinced that cooking was the career for her, Pamela majored in French at Wellesley college and spent her junior year studying in Provence and cooking at the famed La Regalido near Arles. After returning to America, Pamela received a degree from The Culinary Institute Of America and moved to California's wine country. There she gained experience in the world of Fine Dining at the Auberge du Soleil, The Sonoma Mission Inn, Splendido and Acquerello Restaurant. In 1994 Pamela moved back to Cleveland and took the reigns as Executive Chef of The Lockeeper's Restaurant in Valley View. In 2005, Pamela, along with her partner, Brad Schmid, opened Duet, Fine Catered and Prepared Foods with the goal of bringing delicious, homemade foods to Cleveland area homes and businesses.
